30% Restocking Fee
We offer refunds on frame, lenses or complete set of glasses with a 30% restocking fee. This fee is deducted from the original purchase price to cover processing, inspection, and restocking costs. The restocking fee is non-negotiable and is applied to all eligible returns.
**Eligibility**
To be eligible for a refund, glasses must meet the following criteria:
1. Within 60 Days: The glasses must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase date.
2. Unused and in Original Condition: Glasses must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all accessories, cases, and packaging.
**Refund Process**
To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@freedom-eyecare.com or call the office at 512-916-4600 Extension 102 to inform us of your return request. Please include a brief reason for the return.
2. Approval: We will review your request and inform you of its approval status. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.
3. Return the Product: Carefully package the glasses, including the original case and any accessories, and take them/ship them to Freedom Eye Care at 4211 South Lamar Suite E3 Austin TX, 78704. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
5. Refund: If the glasses meet the criteria, we will process your refund with a 30% restocking fee deducted from the original purchase price. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
